Personal data

Privacy policy.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This page explains which personal data the website www.dev-id.fr collects, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. The Jay application has its own privacy policy.

Who is responsible for your data?

DEV-ID Marseille (trading as Dev-id), a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €123,897.91, registered with the Aix-en-Provence trade and companies register (RCS) under number 828 890 145, with its registered office at 2 chemin de Freyguières, 13240 Septèmes-les-Vallons, France.

For any question about your data or to exercise your rights: contact@dev-id.fr, or by post to the registered office. No data protection officer has been appointed.

Which data, for what purpose, for how long

We only collect what you send us, what the website needs to work and, if you accept it, traffic measurement. No data is sold or used for ad targeting or profiling, and no automated decision is made.

Cookies and browser storage

Only with your consent, the website sets Google cookies for two purposes, which you accept or reject separately in the banner: audience measurement (Google Analytics: pages viewed, where visits come from and how visitors move through the site) and ad measurement (Google Ads: knowing whether a visit or an enquiry came from one of our ads). No ad targeting is enabled. Until you accept something, no data is sent to Google.

Your choice is kept for six months, after which the banner asks you again. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw your consent, the Google cookies already set are deleted.

The website also saves, in your browser's storage, what it needs to work and to remember your display choices: your cookie choice, light or dark theme, language and, for the duration of the visit, scroll position and breadcrumb trail. These items do not require your consent and stay on your device.

The video on the Comptoir Digital Sud page is only loaded if you play it: YouTube (Google) may then set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

Who receives your data

  • The Dev-id team members authorised to handle your request.
  • OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), which hosts the website.
  • Google Workspace, our email service, which delivers to our team the messages entered in the website forms and receives the emails you send us. Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
  • Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland), for audience and ad measurement, only if you have accepted it. Any transfer to Google LLC in the United States is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • No other company receives your data for commercial purposes.
